Welcome to Birth and Baby Care, where we support mothers and their partners in their journey to becoming parents, whether it is their first baby, or another cherished addition to their family.

experience, perhaps you would like a waterbirth, desire a VBAC, or want some good

Our experienced and certified Doula, HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator and Breastfeeding Counsellor enables every couple to be empowered with the information, tools and resources they need to achieve a more comfortable, easier, shorter and more relaxed birth for both the mother and baby.
Our Services
We offer Doula Birth Support covering you from pregnancy to postpartum, HypnoBirthing® Prenatal Classes, Breastfeeding and Newborn Consultations. These provide help tailored to each family’s unique needs, enabling them to have a safe, healthy pregnancy, positive labour and welcoming of the baby, and a blissful parenting experience.
Our full service consists of Doula Support and Prenatal Classes. This includes all prenatal and postnatal consultations, 24 hour on-call access, labour and birth support at your home and hospital, breastfeeding support, and library/resources access, in addition to the 5 week/12.5 hour HypnoBirthing® course. Other packages can also be discussed to suit your individual needs, such as refresher or private classes and prenatals.

HypnoBirthing® classes empower you with the best possible pre-natal education
and preparation to achieve the safe, comfortable and easy birthing experience
that you desire. HypnoBirthing®
is a system of childbirth education that uses self-hypnosis. It is the original
method of childbirth-with-self-hypnosis education.
A discount for Group Classes and/or the Doula Package
is available to
